December Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year, Judy Brooks!

December employee of the month and employee of the year Judy Brooks has been working at Clairemont for 7 years. Judy is a C.N.A. on the day shift on Memory Lane. When Judy was asked what she enjoys about the Clairemont she had this to say, “There are a lot of things I like around here! Of course my Residents down on Memory Lane."

January Employee of the Month, Becky Hanson

January employee of the month, Becky Hanson has been working at Clairemont for four years. Becky not only works in dietary, but laundry and housekeeping as well. When asked what her favorite part of working at the Clairemont was, Becky stated, “I’d have to say, the Residents. They are always fun to talk to! My cousin Justin works here, also.

November Employee of the Month, Gilda Halbleib, Dietary Cook

Gilda has been working at the Clairemont for a year and a half. Gilda stated, “I was actually hired in another hospital, however, I got an interview here and I wanted to work here instead! The hours are much more flexible. I love being around with the Residents, they are a joy to be around. I like to be dedicated with my time at work and go by excellence while working for the company and Residents.”

October Employee of the Month, Gladys Mboga, Willow Court CNA

Gladys has been working at Clairemont for 2 years. Gladys stated, “ I like working with my Residents, talking to them.”

September Employee of the Month, Dori Hoff-Lowry, Willow Court LPN

Dori Hoff has been working at Clairemont for almost one and a half years. When asked what Dori enjoys about working at the Clairemont she stated, “I like interacting with my Residents and getting to know them. I worked nights at a different nursing home in the area and I wanted to work days. I got the job working days at the Clairemont, and when I put in my two weeks notice at the other facility, they offered me days too, but I passed! I am glad I chose the Clairemont, I love my job.”

August Employee of the Month, Mike Maas, Maintenance Department

Mike has worked at the Clairemont for a just a little over a year. When asked what Mike enjoys most about working here, he stated, “I came here because a fellow co-worker mentioned a position was open. I like the variety of work. I feel honored that I was chosen for employee of the month.”

July Employee of the Month, Jaimie Derks, Restorative C.N.A

Jaimie has been working at Clairemont for 3 years. When asked what Jaimie enjoys most about working here, she stated, “The Residents, the staff...I like it here! The atmosphere is great, I really like the Clairemont, and I don’t know if there is anything that I don’t enjoy. I really like my restorative position because I get to socialize more with the residents”.

June Employee of the Month, Brenda Vang, LPN

Brenda has been working at the Clairemont for 2 1/2 years. When asked what Brenda enjoys most about working here, she stated, “The people! I get to see the people go home and then see them out and about at the mall or at local fairs and things, in their natural state. It is cool knowing you had some part getting them back to regular life. At lot of time they will and ask if I remember them!”

May Employee of the Month Shannon Wilson, Laundry

Shannon has been working at Clairemont for 1 1/2 years. Shannon stated this about the Clairemont. "A friend of mine getting rehab here for their hip and I visited him and thought, I wouldn't mind working here! I like the people, and I love the Residents!”

April Employee of the Month Charlie Klatt, Life Enrichment

Charlie has been working at Clairemont for 5 months. Charlie stated, "I like getting to know the Residents and getting to know who they are. I get to talk to them. They have a lot to say!"

March Employee of the Month Joann Robinson, C.N.A./bath aide on Memory Lane

Joann has worked at Clairemont for 5 years. Joann said, "I love all my Residents and co-workers. They are like family."
